When commissioned to design the cafeteria for the Soleil Architecture Office, my first step was to gather input from the employees. Inspired by Stan’s words, I envisioned the kitchen as a laboratory of ideas—a third space within the office where conviviality, sustainability, and relaxation could coexist.
